How it works
- 1.In TikTok, tap the Share arrow and choose Copy link
- 2.Paste it above in Chrome and tap Download
- 3.Open your Downloads or Gallery app to find the MP4
Skip the downloader apps
Search the Play Store for a TikTok downloader and you will find apps full of ads, permission requests and sometimes worse. Many are installed from APK files outside the store, which is a common way for malware to reach Android phones.
ClipSaverHD runs in the browser you already have. Paste the link, tap Download, and Chrome saves a clean MP4 to your Downloads folder. Most Android gallery apps and Google Photos pick it up automatically, so it is ready to edit or repost a few seconds later.
Frequently asked questions
Where are downloads saved on Android?
Chrome and Samsung Internet save to the Download folder in your phone’s storage. Open the Files or My Files app and tap Downloads to see it.
Why can’t I see the video in my Gallery?
Some gallery apps only scan the Camera folder. Open Google Photos and look under Library → Download, or move the file into your DCIM folder with a file manager.
Do I need to install an APK?
No. ClipSaverHD is a website, so there is nothing to install and no permissions to grant. Be wary of any downloader that asks you to install an APK.
Does it work in Samsung Internet and Firefox?
Yes. Any modern Android browser works the same way: paste the link, tap Download and the file goes to your Downloads folder.
How much mobile data does a download use?
A typical 30-second TikTok in 720p is around 5 to 8 MB. Switch to Wi-Fi if you plan to save a lot of videos.
Can I save TikToks to an SD card?
Yes. In Chrome, open Settings → Downloads and turn on Ask where to save files, then pick your SD card when the download starts.
